Two Suspects Charged with Capital Murder After Body Found in Garland Condo

Garland police have arrested Haley Barber and Leo Moore, both 20-years-old, for the murder of 53-year-old Johnny Mac Ross

Neighbors says both suspects were living with the victim, Ross was found Monday morning stabbed to death in his condo near I-30 on Chaha Road
